FFS Machine PLC Base Collar Type
PLC and Collar type vertical form fill and seal machine suitable to pack granular, powdery, paste and liquid product.
It is easily interface with volumetric cup filler / weigh metric filler / Auger filler for granule and powdery product. It can be easily interface with piton filler to pack liquid and paste from product.

Specification
  • Products to pack-Granular, powdery free flow product, powder having nature of stickiness and hygroscopic, paste and liquid form product.
  • Capacity to pack-100 gm to 1 kg
  • Pouch length-50mm to 300 mm/Pouch width-60 mm to 180 mm
  • Film width-140mm to 380mm. Sealing type only  central seal
  • Output -500 to 1800 pouches per hour. filling accuracy+/-2%
  • Power required-220 V single phase or 440 v 3phase.
  • Compressed air required 6 kg-cm²
